How much does it cost to recruit an employee from Asia?
The rate for the services we offer differs depending on the volume and the qualification of the staff to be employed.
- Visa D fee: 30 €
(fee to the Serbian Government)
- Work and Residence permit fee: 195€
( is paid after the employee arrives in the country,
to the Serbian Government).
- Agency commission: 150€
Total: 375 €
Unqualified worker
Minimum 400€ net/month in the first month and increases at 450€ net/month until the contract expires, program Monday-Friday (for overtime, is negotiated with the employee at that time) and meals + accommodation
Qualified worker
Minimum 500€ net/month in the first month and increases at 550€ net/month until the contract expires, Monday-Friday program (for overtime, is negotiated with the employee at that time) and meals + accommodation.
